Mr. Rakesh Dhamani is a Chartered Accountant. He is also associate member of The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (CWA) and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (CS). He is graduated in Executive General Management Program (EGMP) from IIM Bangalore and carries an extensive experience of over 25 years in accounts, finance, taxation and corporate management.
Ms. Shweta Saxena

Ms. Shweta Saxena is associated with the Company as Company Secretary cum compliance officer since 2008. She is having more than 15 years of experience in corporate and secretarial matters and having insight knowledge of corporate law.
Mr Victor Alan Carvalho
Independent Director
Mr. Carvalho has over 37 years of experience in handling personnel and operational functions. He is an Arts graduate and has pursued Post Graduate Diploma Personnel Management (PGDPM).
Ms. Nidhi Gupta
Independent Director
Ms. Nidhi Gupta is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an IFRS-certified professional, and a Commerce (Honors) graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce. She possesses over 16 years of post-qualification experience, including leadership roles with reputed organizations such as JCB India Limited and CCIL. Presently, she is the Managing Partner of NGAM & Co. She has extensive expertise in financial reporting, taxation, audits, regulatory compliance, IFRS, Ind AS, and corporate governance.
The terms and conditions for the appointment of Independent Directors shall be as specified under the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement from time to time. The Independent Directors are entitled for sitting fees at the rate of Rs. 20000/- for each Board and Committee Meetings.
